Rumford, ME (June 10, 2003) - A fund has been established to benefit the families of Martin Reidy and Peter Smith who sustained fatal injuries at the Sawmill ClubRally on May 11, 2003, after being struck by a car while observing the event. Both originally from Ireland, Reidy is survived by his wife, Bernadette and their two children and Smith is survived by his wife, Fiona. Both resided in Yonkers, New York.
The MFR organizers wish to distribute this information to support and encourage your participation.

We have organized a large drawing to raise contributions for the Reidy-Smith fund.

The drawing will take place at the Maine Forest Rally in August 2003. The first winner will pick any one from the 10 above; the second winner picked will choose one from the nine etc., etc. Winners need not be present to win; the organizers will contact all winners.
